ATTENTION: These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between you and the Round Rock High School Co-Op (the “Co-Op”), a student-run enterprise operating under the authority and supervision of Round Rock High School (RRHS) and the Round Rock Independent School District (RRISD).
1.1. Ownership of the Site and Operations: The Co-Op online and physical stores are managed and operated by students enrolled in the Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs at Round Rock High School. The purpose is to provide authentic, hands-on learning experiences in business management. All operational decisions are made by the student Co-Op team under the direct supervision of an RRHS faculty advisor.
1.2. Ownership of School Marks: All trademarks, service marks, and logos related to the Round Rock High School Dragons name, image, and associated RRISD branding (the “School Marks”) remain the exclusive property of Round Rock High School and Round Rock Independent School District.
1.3. Copyright and Content: All original content, text, graphics, logos, images, and designs (excluding the School Marks) created by the Co-Op students and displayed on this website or in the store are the property of the Co-Op or RRHS and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
2.1. Educational Purpose: The Co-Op is primarily an educational enterprise. While all efforts are made by the student team to conduct business professionally, including accurate pricing, inventory management, and timely order fulfillment, you acknowledge and agree that occasional delays, errors, or changes may occur as part of the student learning process.
2.2. Product Quality: The Co-Op sells spirit wear, student-made products, snacks, and school supplies. We strive to offer high-quality merchandise; however, all products are sold on an "as-is" basis unless otherwise noted.
2.3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Co-Op, RRHS, and RRISD will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this store, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the products or services is to cease using the Co-Op store.
3.1. General Use: You agree to use the Co-Op store and website solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others, or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site.
3.2. Order Acceptance: The Co-Op reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by the student team.
3.3. Payment: All sales are final at the point of purchase unless a product is defective or an error in fulfillment is made by the Co-Op team. The Co-Op accepts payment methods as displayed in the store.
4.1. Notification of Modification of Terms: The Co-Op student management team, with faculty supervision, reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the store after the posting of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
4.2. Termination of Contract: The Co-Op reserves the right to suspend or terminate the store, a user account, or any service provided without notice or liability for any reason, including the violation of any of these Terms.
